Questions buyers ask
What is the minimum order?
Each style ships in pre-packed size runs. The minimum per style is on its tag in Buyer view, and the full terms come with the lookbook.
How do payments work?
Payment terms are agreed per market and order size, and are sent with the lookbook.
How do you ship, and on which Incoterms?
We quote per destination. Name your port or city in the form and the export desk will confirm the Incoterm and the lead time.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Every shipment leaves with a commercial invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin. Ask the export desk about anything else your market requires.
Can I see samples first?
Yes. After the lookbook, we can send a sample box of selected pieces.
Which languages are on the labels?
Care labels and hang tags are prepared for the language rules of your market.
